The Challenge
01 / 03
One of the main challenges was displaying a large variety of flags and textile products within a 40 sqm island stand without making the space feel crowded. The design needed to balance product density, visitor circulation, meeting areas, and strong brand visibility. Since the products are highly colourful, the layout also had to keep the overall presentation organised and professional while still showing the wide range of available flag solutions.
The Solution
02 / 03
The team behind Maher Design designed the stand as an island layout, allowing visitors to approach it from multiple sides. The design focused strongly on product visibility, using open display counters, flag racks, national flags, branded graphics, and a clear red-and-white corporate identity. The layout was colourful and product-driven, turning the flags themselves into the main visual attraction of the stand. A digital screen on the main branded wall supported company presentation and export messaging, while open meeting tables and reception counters facilitated direct conversations with visitors. Large flag display areas, rotating fabric samples, and national flag arrangements allowed visitors to easily see, touch, and compare different flag materials and printing options.
The Results
03 / 03
The final stand successfully presented Bilsan as an international flag and textile printing manufacturer with strong export capability. The open island layout made the stand easy to access from different directions, while the colourful flag displays attracted attention from the aisles. Visitors could immediately understand the company's product range, production focus, and global export message. The result was a practical, visible, and product‑focused stand that supported both brand awareness and direct customer engagement.
