The Challenge

One of the key challenges was delivering the project during the middle of a national holiday period, when logistics, staffing, and operational coordination can be more difficult than usual. Despite these constraints, the stand was successfully completed and delivered on schedule. In addition, the design needed to present highly technical medical and surgical products within a compact 27 sqm space. The stand accommodated multiple product categories, including instruments, implant models, biologic solutions, and digital presentations, while maintaining a clean, accessible, and professional environment for medical specialists and spine‑surgery professionals.
The Solution

The team behind Maher Design designed a strong medical‑tech stand with a bold orange and white colour palette, creating a clean but highly recognisable brand presence. A large orange feature wall with illuminated CGBIO branding acted as the main visual anchor, while the surrounding white product walls and graphic panels gave the stand a clinical, modern, and scientific appearance. A large LED screen was integrated into the main orange branding wall, supported by additional large printed and illuminated graphic panels presenting NOVOSIS, NOVOMAX, and surgical navigation technologies. Product display counters showed medical instruments, implant models, spine‑related tools, and demonstration samples. Open consultation seating and high stools supported technical discussions with doctors, surgeons, and industry visitors.
The Results

The final stand successfully presented CGBIO as a strong medical technology and regenerative medicine brand at GSC 2026 Istanbul. The combination of a large LED screen, bold orange branding, product display counters, and technical graphic panels created a clear and professional product experience. Visitors could easily understand CGBIO's focus on spine surgery, biologics, bone regeneration, and advanced surgical solutions. The stand supported both product demonstration and expert‑level discussions, making it highly suitable for a specialised medical congress environment.
