The Challenge
01 / 03
One of the main challenges was the stand's location near the hall entrance, where a large structural column from the venue was positioned within the stand area. Instead of treating the column as an obstacle, the design needed to integrate it into the overall concept. The layout also had to balance product display, visitor circulation, catering, meetings, and strong visibility within a busy entrance zone.
The Solution
02 / 03
The team behind Maher Design designed a warm, modern, and natural stand that combined wood textures, white branding surfaces, vertical light features, and open meeting areas. The wooden architectural frame created a strong entrance effect, while the illuminated OTM Plastik logos and lightbox counters made the brand clearly visible from the aisle. The large structural column was integrated into the design by connecting it with the wooden canopy and architectural frame, making it feel like part of the stand rather than a limitation. A vehicle‑side display helped visitors immediately understand the company’s connection to bus and commercial vehicle interiors. Additional features included a digital screen, a bar and catering area, illuminated reception counters, open meeting tables, and a green wall with the OTM Plastik logo to emphasise the company’s eco‑friendly product message.
The Results
03 / 03
The final stand successfully presented OTM Plastik as a professional and innovative supplier for the bus and commercial vehicle industry. The warm wood materials, lighting details, open meeting zones, and catering bar created a welcoming business environment that supported both product presentation and client discussions.
