The Challenge
01 / 03
One of the main challenges was the delay in the delivery of the pallets to the stand area due to customs and regulations during transport from Turkey to Europe. The stand materials arrived only two days before the event, which created a very tight installation schedule. Despite this pressure, the team worked at maximum performance to complete the installation, coordinate the technical setup, and deliver the stand on time before the fair opening.
The Solution
02 / 03
The team behind Maher Design designed a stand with a strong black, gold, and yellow brand identity that gave SolarVis a premium and technology‑focused appearance. The layout used high‑impact illuminated graphics, bold vertical brand towers, digital presentation walls, and open meeting zones. The stand clearly communicated the company’s main message: “Design, sell, manage solar. All in one place. “ The use of dark surfaces with warm lighting created a modern software‑tech atmosphere, while the open layout made the stand accessible from multiple sides and suitable for active visitor engagement. Four client meeting areas, each equipped with a 55‑inch screen, allowed the SolarVis team to present the platform, explain services, and demonstrate workflows to clients. A bar area for catering and hospitality, illuminated graphic counters, and strong corridor‑facing brand visuals completed the design.
The Results
03 / 03
The final stand successfully presented SolarVis as a modern, reliable, and scalable solar software brand. The design created a strong business‑focused environment where multiple client meetings could take place at the same time, each supported by its own screen for live presentations and platform demonstrations. The illuminated graphics, bold black‑and‑gold identity, and clear messaging helped the stand attract visitors from the corridor and communicate the value of SolarVis quickly.
