The Challenge

One of the main challenges was the extremely tight timeline, as the Xealio client approved the proposal at the last minute and we had around 3 days that we took their construction at the fair. Despite the limited preparation time, our team quickly coordinated the production process and successfully fabricated the full stand within only four days. This required fast decision‑making, efficient workshop planning, and strong teamwork to deliver the stand on time and to the expected quality.
The Solution

The team behind Maher Design designed a stand that made a strong visual impact through a large X-shaped architectural frame, which directly reflected the company’s logo and brand identity. This design language was continued in the hanging banner above the stand, creating a consistent and recognisable visual connection. The stand also featured a large LED screen for product and brand presentation, an open lounge‑style meeting area, a reception counter, and strong integrated lighting. The open layout made the stand highly accessible and inviting, while the blue and white colour palette gave it a clean, modern, and technological appearance.
