The Challenge

One of the main challenges was adapting Novawood's brand presence into a smaller 36 sqm stand while still creating enough space for product displays, visitor interaction, and strong visibility. The design needed to feel premium and complete despite the compact footprint. As this project was in the middle of a holiday, our team managed to successfully deliver it on time.
The Solution

The team behind Maher Design designed a clean, premium, and material-focused concept with an elevated branded header, illuminated vertical columns, wood sample display counters, a central reception and consultation bar, and grey concrete‑effect surfaces combined with warm wood finishes. This created a modern architectural look while keeping the focus on Novawood’s natural wood products. A suspended digital screen supported visual presentations, while bar‑style consultation seating made it easy for visitors to approach, review samples, and discuss product details directly with the team.
The Results

The final stand successfully presented Novawood in a refined and professional way at an international timber‑focused event. The design highlighted the company's wood materials through clear sample displays, while the illuminated structure and central branding gave the stand strong visibility. The result was a compact but elegant exhibition space that supported product presentation, technical discussions, and international brand recognition.
