The Challenge

01 / 03

The pavilion needed to accommodate 20 participating companies within 375 sqm while giving each a clear presence and maintaining coherent circulation. Late graphic revisions added a further coordination requirement without changing the overall event schedule.

The Solution

02 / 03

A shared architectural framework organised individual company counters, illuminated graphics, meeting zones, a private glass meeting room, and a central presentation area. Wood flooring, dark partitions, illuminated counters, and the red overhead banner established a consistent pavilion identity across the full footprint.

The Results

03 / 03

The completed pavilion provided distinct company zones alongside shared hospitality, presentation, and meeting areas. The layout balanced participant visibility with circulation and created a unified setting for the delegation at Transport Logistic 2025 Munich.
