The Challenge

The project brought 15 companies, including three Gold Sponsors and 10 startups, into one 324 sqm pavilion. The layout needed to balance individual visibility, shared meeting capacity, detailed graphics, and circulation within the available event timeline.
The Solution

Designed around a consistent Türkiye identity, the pavilion combined individual company areas with VIP sofa meeting spaces for Gold Sponsors, shared meeting space for co-exhibitors, presentation screens, a central bar and catering area, and a highly visible hanging banner. The layout coordinated circulation and branded touchpoints across the pavilion.
The Results

The final pavilion integrated company zones, sponsor meeting areas, shared hospitality, and presentation points under one clear architectural framework. The completed environment gave the participating companies a coherent setting for meetings and product presentations at WebSummit Lisbon 2024.
