The Challenge

DEİK needed a pavilion that would unite six leading Turkish technology companies – including two Gold Sponsors – under one strong national identity at WebSummit, one of the world's largest technology conferences. The pavilion had to balance prominent national branding with individual company visibility, creating a space that facilitated networking, business meetings, and effective brand presentation.
The Solution

The team behind Maher Design designed a 108 sqm pavilion with a consistent Turkish identity throughout. A large hanging banner increased long-distance visibility, attracting visitors across the exhibition hall. Each company was provided with a dedicated display screen to showcase its products and services. VIP collaboration areas and a central bar/catering zone created a professional, welcoming space for business meetings and networking. The layout was designed to enhance visitor flow and provide each company with clear visibility within the shared space.

The pavilion successfully united six leading Turkish companies, including two Gold Sponsors, under one strong national identity.
